Narina Trogon Apaloderma narina (427)
(Bosloerie)
Experiences with species

This is the only Trogon found in Southern Africa. They are often difficult to find as they blend in with the foliage, and 9 times out of 10, their back will be facing you! Their cousins found in Malaysia and Southern America have equally stunning plumage.
